Britta & Co Salon is a boutique style hair salon located in the heart of Martinsville, Virginia, changing the industry in how we think, operate, and support each other. Britta & Co specialize in custom low-maintenance hair color, haircuts tailored to your unique look, and hand-tied beaded weft extensions.
My mission for you as the client is to create a calm, comfortable experience with people you love. A complete absence of frustrations or anything emotionally overwhelming. Often enjoyed with good conversations and a cozy atmosphere to promote happiness and confidence.
My mission as a salon goes beyond the doors. My love for all things local goes deeper than your actual hair; but showcasing small businesses and getting out there and serving our community. I am excited to welcome you into my beautiful space and experience your presence.

At Britta & Co Salon, it is my mission to provide a high-class, luxury experience to every client I meet. From the moment you walk in the door, I want you to feel relaxed and at ease knowing you are in a safe-haven from whatever challenges you may be facing. Education is the core of my craft, and I strive to always have a heart of learning. I craft beautiful hair, create beauty inwardly as well as outwardly, and cultivate confidence so that together as a community we are spreading love and uplifting everyone we meet.
My name is Britta and I am very passionate about all things hair, business, and friendship. I have 12 years of experience working in the industry and over 5 years experience in salon ownership. I have always dreamed of working in a salon that encourages growth and applauds hard work and determination.

Friendships are a gift from God, and are a source of joy, laughter, and support. God wants us to live in peace with the people around us. I've been called to be a peacemaker in the lives I come in contact with on a daily basis. I aim to bring laughter, a shoulder to lean on, and a listening ear. My vision is to change the idea of "don't do business with friends" and prove that with warm hearts, we CAN work alongside our very best friends, whether you're beside me behind the chairs or sitting in my chair. You are loved, you are welcome, and I will always be rooting for you.
